Crazy Cute Polar Bear Hat

This cutie pie polar bear infant hat is SO EASY and SO FAST to make you could probably whip one up on your lunch hour! 

HAT:

Using super bulky yarn and an L hook ch 3 and join with a slip stich to make a ring.

Row 1: Ch 2, 6 hdc, join with sl st. 7 hdc

Row 2:  Hdc in same space, 2hdc in ea sp. Join. 14 hdc

Row 3: Ch 2, hdc in same sp, 1hd in next hdc, 2hdc in next hdc, repeat from * to * around. Join. 21 hdc

Row 4: Ch 2, hdc in same sp, 1hd in next 2 hdc, 2 hdc in next hdc repeat from * to * to end ending with 2 hdc’s. Join. 28 hdc

Row 5: Ch 2, hdc in same sp, 1hdc in ea hdc all around. Join. 28 hdc

Row 6 – 9: Ch 2, hdc in same sp, 1 hdc in ea hdc to the end. Join. 28 hdc

Row 10: sc in ea sp around. 28 sc’s

Row 11: sl st in ea sp around. Tie off.
