This cape features an open front with a unique (something else new!) open border. And it works up fast! It’s so irritating to be done with your garment only to have to finish it off with a border that takes hours to complete. Uhg.
This border adds an adorable feminine touch; nothing heavy or boring here.
Unique Crochet Cardigan Cape
What exactly is a cardigan cape? Take a look at the “sleeves”. They are crocheted and seamed onto the body of the cape separately to create the look of wide sleeves, while maintaining the integrity of the cape silhouette. Cool eh?
