This crochet poncho for beginners uses a very easy crochet mesh stitch. I call this the MEGA MESH stitch. Very cool and unique crochet poncho design that experienced crocheters will enjoy as well as crochet beginners.
For the crochet poncho version we will use one seam along the shoulder/arm. You can also use this as a crochet wrap or crochet shawl by leaving the garment unseamed. So versatile!
One side of this mega mesh crochet poncho is open and the other side is closed. Something a little different to make this special (along with the sparsely spaced fringe).
