Easy Crochet Tank Top
You will LOVE this fast, easy crochet tank top! If you are a crochet beginner this can easily be your first crochet wearable. It is THAT easy! If you’re an experienced crocheter, you will love that this is so fast and easy you can whip up a new crochet top in no time.
Little Bitty Crochet Tank Top
This little crochet tank top was specifically designed to be “little” to wear under a coordinating crochet granny square cardigan. The video tutorial for the crochet granny square cardigan is available at my YouTube Channel Crazy Cool Crochet
While it was designed to be short and snug, it can easily be adjusted longer and/or wider. No multiple needed!! No increasing or decreasing!
Acrylic or Cotton Yarn?
This crochet tank top was made with acrylic yarn that is super stretchy (see video or materials list below). If you prefer, considering that this design is meant for summer temperatures or to wear under a cardigan, it might be more comfortable in a cotton yarn. Feel free to substitute yarns.

Follow pattern as for the main panels to your preferred length. 12 inch length is shown in the example photo. End with the last row as a sc row as follows:
Sc in 1st sp and ea sp to end of row. Approximately 5 sc’s (actual number is not crucial).
SEAMS
With wrong sides facing you, place front and back panels together.
Using yarn needle, length of yarn, and a whip st, seam at side edges.
ATTACH SHOULDER STRAPS
Working with right sides together, wrong sides facing you, determine your preferred placement. Suggest attaching a stitch marker at 3 inches from the edge. Adjust as needed. Seam using the same method as for the side seams.
