Hi, I’ve just completed both panels for the farmhouse crochet pillow, and am getting ready to see them together. The instructions for the back panel says to crochet for 18”. The front panel is almost 3” shorter. Is this correct? If so, what is the best way to see it together. Thank you.
Hi Joan,
Apologies for the late response. I have been in the middle of moving and unable to respond. Hopefully you were able to complete the pillow cover. If not…
The front and back panels should be about the same size. This is for an 18 inch pillow so both panels should measure 18 inches. Please double check that the front panel was worked correctly. Also, did you use the same yarn weight for both panels? Use the same tension? I’m guessing (because obviously I haven’t seen your work) that you may have missed some rows of the front panel. Again, please double check.
I hope you can work this out.
Best,
Sylvia
