This is positively one of my personal favorite crochet wearables! It’s so comfy and easy to wear. The opposite color blocks make it so much fun. This uses the knit stitch or center single crochet. Easy to learn!
Crochet Easy Granny Square Multicolor Top
This airy, mesh crochet top features the unique Willow granny square. This crochet top is very lightweight and perfect to wear over a tank top or cami. Don’t you just love the colors?
Crochet Knit Look Sweater

Crochet Chevron Long Cardigan Coat
Ah! Perfection! This long crochet cardigan featuring a chevron design totally exceeded my expectations. Is this the most gorgeous crochet wearable you’ve EVER seen? No? Oh come on! LOL. If you could try this on you would SWOON! It is SO drapey and flowy. And it’s easier than it looks to work up. I would not call this one a crochet wearables for beginners. I included it without really thinking just because it’s such an eye catcher.
Crochet Jacket
This totally unique crochet jacket…yes you read that right…CROCHET JACKET…turned out even better than I imagined. Doesn’t it look like a genuine sherpa wool jacket? And it’s LINED on the inside! Oh yes, this design goes above and beyond! Someone on a crochet Facebook group made this and posted a photo and the group went utterly nuts for it! And it’s a really straightforward simple pattern. The only “tricky” part is the center single crochet which is easy to learn. Other than that, every panel is just a straight panel. Even the sleeves! The cuffs are super easy and the collar is no big deal either. And it is so comfortable! I know I say that all the time. But honestly, when I put this on for the photos I forgot to take it off for several hours! It was THAT comfy! Click the photo!
Crochet Cocoon Shrug
Crochet shrugs are not my thing, but they are super popular so I gave it a go. The pattern is easy and uses bulky yarn so it works up fast. People seem to love it!
Crochet Cape
Ah yes. The infamous purple crochet cape. This crochet cape got over 100,000 views on YouTube within the first few days. And it got a “best seller” designation on Etsy almost immediately after listing it! It is such an easy to wear cape and not at all heavy. The buttons add a really pretty pop of interest. This crochet wearable summer top really is for beginners! It is lightweight and as easy to wear as it is to make! You can control how deep or shallow you want the V neck. Two fast panels, seam the sides and BOOM! DONE! Click the photo for the pattern.

The Clint Eastwood poncho! Actually I call this the crochet poncho for fall but it totally reminds me of Clint Eastwood. Who else gets that vibe? Tell me in the comments below if you get the reference. I can’t be the only one! Ok, back to the poncho. This is SO EASY! This is a perfect crochet wearable for a crochet beginner. It uses an easy mesh type stitch that is open at the sides. We only seam the shoulders and you’re done!
Crochet Long Cardigan Duster
Although this duster is not a favorite of mine, it is a huge hit on Pinterest and Etsy. Go figure. It must be the color. The color is gorgeous. Lightweight and flowy. This uses a V stitch which is always fun!
Crochet Classic Cardigan
Classic! Everybody needs this staple in their wardrobe. Who doesn’t love a classic crochet cardigan? I’ll be honest with you, this pattern does not have line by line instructions for larger sizes. But the pattern does offer suggestions for making this in larger sizes. An experienced crochet would have no problem sizing this. Beginners might find this more challenging if they need larger sizes. I included this because I have had lots of beginners try this with no issues. You never know if you don’t try!
