Honest Reviews

Coming soon will be truly relevant HONEST reviews, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Well, mostly the good of course! These reviews will take a deep dive into at least two competing or comparable products. Actual reviews from customers will include an equal number of positive reviews and negative reviews. Then a final consensus will tell you which item might be the better buy.

Of course we crafters have different needs and wants, so what might be considered “the best” for me might not be the best for you. The detailed reviews will give varied viewpoints from crafters (or the general public, depending on the product) with needs similar to yours.

Example Review

This won’t be the comprehensive review that will be the real deal. This is just an example of what types of items will be featured. I intend to review high end items such as the long coveted storage solution cabinet Dreambox3, compared against the less expensive, but every bit as robust, Sauder craft and sewing armoire.

Cricut vs. the Other Guys

If you are looking to elevate your handmade crochet business, design custom product packaging, or add high-end finishing touches to your finished products, a heavy-duty cutting machine is a total game-changer. Fiber artists everywhere are dropping the scissors and using digital cutters to slice through thick leather garment labels, custom wood tags, fabric shapes, and custom stencils.

Although the much sought after Cricut machine is hands down the most popular, there are less pricey alternatives. What are you sacrificing by saving a few dollars? We shall find out!
